What is Conflict Resolution Training?
RSCCM’s Conflict Resolution Training equips individuals, professionals, and organizations with the tools to manage conflict constructively. Our interactive programs teach practical skills in communication, de-escalation, problem-solving, and mediation that can be applied in schools, workplaces, and communities.
We offer civil and domestic mediation training, restorative justice training, de-escalation training. Our trainings can be anywhere from weeklong or a half day or full day, or 1-3 hours. We offer communication skills, resilience, suicide prevention, team building, and mission/vision as a tool.
