Conflict Resolution Training
Conflict Resolution Training
At RSCCM, we believe that the tools of mediation go far beyond the mediation room and that these tools are essential life and workplace skills that can transform how individuals and organizations navigate conflict. Drawing from our experience in mediation and restorative justice, we offer training for organizations, individuals, and staff in key conflict resolution techniques we use in our everyday services.
