Request Mediation

Resolve Conflict. Rebuild Relationships.

At RSCCM, we believe that most conflicts can be resolved through respectful, honest dialogue—especially with the help of a neutral, trained mediator.

Whether you’re facing a family dispute, neighbor disagreement, workplace conflict, or school-related issue, our mediation services are confidential, voluntary, and designed to help you move forward.

How It Works

  1. Complete the form below.

Provide some basic information about the situation and the people involved.

  2. We’ll contact you.

An RSCCM staff member will follow up within 1–2 business days to discuss next steps.

  3. We coordinate the mediation.

If all parties agree, we’ll schedule a mediation session—either in person or virtually.

**Note: Mediation is not suitable for emergencies. If safety is a concern, contact 911 or legal authorities.

Before You Start

  • You must be 18 years or older to submit a request.

  • Mediation is voluntary—all parties must agree to participate.

  • If this is an emergency or involves immediate harm, please contact emergency services or legal authorities.
