Restorative Justice Community Presentations

Free interactive workshops for youth and adults.

Our organization is offering community-based presentations designed to strengthen communication, build relationships, and provide practical Restorative Justice (RJ) tools that can be used immediately in everyday life.

​

These presentations are available at no cost to community centers through grant funding.

Workshop Topics

The Power of Open-Ended Questions

  • Understanding how open-ended questions support connection

  • Moving away from yes-or-no questions

  • Encouraging authentic responses and meaningful dialogue

Outcome: Participants learn how asking the right questions builds trust, understanding, and connection.

​

Communication & Feelings (Nonviolent Communication)

  • Introduction to Nonviolent Communication (NVC)

  • Expressing thoughts and feelings clearly

  • Turning statements into conversations

​

Outcome: Participants gain tools to communicate with empathy, clarity, and intention.

Relationship-building Through Conflict

  • Understanding what a relationship is

  • Navigating conflict in healthy, productive ways

  • Using conflict as an opportunity for connection and growth

Outcome: Participants learn how to address conflict without harm and strengthen relationships.
