We resolve conflict.
At RSCCM, we believe conflict is not the end of a relationship—it’s an opportunity for understanding, growth, and healing. We help individuals, families, schools, and communities resolve disputes peacefully through mediation and restorative justice.
Who We Are
The Resolution Services Center of Central Michigan (RSCCM) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization comprised of volunteers and professionals who distinguish themselves by their professionalism, ethics, and commitment to alternative dispute resolution. RSCCM helps individuals, families, businesses, and organizations resolve conflict through mediation, facilitation, restorative practices, and training.

What We Do
The Resolution Services Center (RSCCM) promotes conflict resolution through trainings, mediation services, and restorative practices. As mediators, we empower parties to take control of their own solutions, allowing people in conflict an opportunity to communicate more effectively in the hope of reaching a mutual agreement which can resolve their dispute.(added) Our restorative practices offer children peaceful means to solve problems, uplifting productive conversations and focusing on understanding—not punishment—to transform schools and local communities.

Our Story
RSCCM began in 1990 as part of the Community Dispute Resolution Act. To resolve a conflict, several method may be utilized, such as mediation and restorative practices. Mediators and facilitators are neutral and do not take sides or give advice. They help organize and manage the process wherein parties discuss their perspectives, generate options, and come to their own resolution.
