• Confidentiality issues

• Responsibility for inclusion of the elder’s voice in the mediation

Class size is limited, allowing for personal coaching

• Training is highly interactive

• Receive a comprehensive mediation manual

• Participate in role plays that are coached by experienced mediators

• Experienced trainers are approved by the State Court Administrative Office
